SHIPPING INFORMATION
I will ship to most international destinations - anywhere Canada Post can go. All shipments will be sent by air mail. Delivery to most destinations takes 10 business days or less. For Paypal orders a flat shipping rate in the amount of $4.25 will be added automatically to your total. For manual orders this amount must be added to your total before sending payment. Generally shipment will be confirmed within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If there is any delay for any reason I will inform you immediately.
MY GUARANTEE
I hope that you will be 100 percent happy with your purchase, but sometimes, despite my best efforts, problems arise. Sometimes, shipping problems occur; sometimes things just aren't quite as they should be . If you have a concern, please let mw know. If it's something I can fix, I will. If I can't fix it to your satisfaction, then I will, of course, refund your purchase
ORDERING INFORMATION
While all items are in stock (unless noted otherwise) it should be noted that, if you are ordering any one item in quantities greater than three there may be slight delays in shipping. Please contact me if you are interested in ordering more than three of any one item and I will give you an estimate of any delay in shipping.
For PayPal Orders
If you are using PayPal, you need simply highlight your colour choice (where applicable) and click on the "Add to Cart" button to begin the ordering and payment process. For quantities of more than one, click the button again (or change the quantity in the "View Cart" window). When you are ready to check out, click on the "View Cart" button to begin the process of arranging payment by credit card through PayPal at their secure site. You can change quantities or make corrections at this point. If you are new to PayPal, they will guide you through three basic steps: 1) entering your name and shipping information; 2) entering your billing information - credit card number, e-mail address and phone number. At this pont you also have the option of entering a message to me, such as any special requests you may have; 3) reviewing the information - you can edit at this point or proceed to checkout. you have the option at this point of opening an account with Paypal. This is not a necessary step for completing your purchas but it does make future paypal transactions quick and easy. Once you have completed payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from me to let you know when your item has been shipped.
Please note that your credit card information is not sent to me - Paypal confirms that payment has been made and transfers the correct amount into my account. If you have any questions about their site security I would urge you to visit their website at www.paypal.com.
Non-PayPal Orders
If you would prefer to pay by cheque or international money order, please make a not of the item number, colour and price of the article(s) you wish to buy. Then click the "Alternate Payment" button which can be found on the left hand navigation bar of each product page. Fill in the details and be sure to click "submit". You will be transferred to a confirmation page with more information on where to send your payment. I will contact you with a confirmation of your order, a total price with shipping, and instructions on where to send payment by mail. Once I have received your payment, I will contact you again to confim shipment.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
My ability to wholesale items is limited by the time it takes to make each piece - however I may be able to offer a discount on orders of 10 or more pieces of one kind. Please contact me for more information.
